Jessica Russo

Jessica Russo is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson and Development Consultant. Over the past twenty plus years, Jessica has worked with all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. From constructing and opening a new golf course community to managing land purchases, zoning, permitting, subdivision, infrastructure construction and sales, Jessica has worked with commercial, residential, industrial and excavation projects on properties from 10 to 300 acres in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, DeSoto, Glades, Hillsborough and Polk counties. This experience allows her to knowledgeably sell a broad spectrum of real estate and have the expertise needed to assist her clients in land development. Jessica offers due diligence and permitting coordination services to landowners and potential buyers. In her free time, Jessica enjoys gardening and spending time with her daughter.
