Kathy Sortore

A licensed real estate professional with more than 38 years of experience, Ms. Sortore has a diversified background that includes commercial real estate administration, sales, leasing, property management, graphic design and marketing. She started her career in property management on Sanibel Island, Florida then relocated to Southern California to continued her path as a Leasing Consultant and Property Manager. Upon returning to Southwest Florida, she has been associated with some of the largest commercial brokerage houses in the area including Colliers Arnold (now Colliers International), RE/MAX Commercial, and CBRE (now CRE Consultants). Currently with Blue Waters Development Group, Kathy is the Office Administrator who is responsible in overseeing the day-to-day administration for BWDG. She ensures efficient operations of the office and provides support to managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication and ensures everyone is successful. She is the first point of contact for internal and external parties for the office. She assists staff and contributes to better organization and planning, and helps the team be more effective in their roles.
While in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area, Ms. Sortore served concurrently as the Administrative Assistant for the CCIM Florida Chapter Southwest District for more than 5 years and ran a strategic consulting business that provided administrative, marketing and graphic design assistance for real estate professionals.
